- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The lady's at the front desk are horrible, they make you feel unwelcome when you come in and are even worse on the phone. While im there waiting for my appointments i dont know how many times ive seen them pick up the phone and put people on hold and contuine to talk to each other then answer the phone again 5 to 10 minutes later. Ive watched the older lady thats always at the front desk sit there and roll her eyes countless times to clients and be unbelievably rude. I think its time for a switch up of front desk secretarys , ones that know thier job is to talk to many people a day without additude no matter how bad your day is going . I will most likely be switching doctors just because of them and i love my doctor and the nurse diane there !! The front desk ladys gotta go.by Kayla HoxeyMay 23, 2017
